When choosing to create an integration between the AskCody Portal and Active Directory, we offer integration to both Active Directory Server and Azure Active Directory. Whether you should choose to integrate with one or the other relies entirely on where you are hosting your users*. *Are you migrating from Server to Cloud or for any other reason running a hybrid setup with users in both Azure AD and AD Server, you can only integrate AskCody with one of the AD options.
If you expect to distribute the Mobile App to your employees an integration between the AskCody Portal and Active Directory is required.
All manually applied users in the AskCody Portal and their settings will be overwritten by AD.
