Troubleshoot Philips Signage Displays Losing Network Connection
Learn how to fix network issues in Philips Displays
If you’re experiencing Philips Signage Displays dropping network connections after being turned on for long periods, enabling the Auto Restart setting can help resolve the issue.
Enabling Auto Restart significantly reduces instances of network disconnections. This feature automatically reboots the display at a scheduled time, ensuring a stable and consistent network connection.
How to Enable Auto Restart
- Open the Settings menu
- Navigate to Signage Display → System Tools → Auto Restart
- Enable the Auto Restart feature
Note: If this setting is not available, your display might require a firmware update before the option appears. Please refer to Philips Professional Display Solutions (PPDS) resource and firmware download page to get the latest firmware version for your model.
