Setting up visitor parking with APCOA Denmark

This article is part of the Implementing AskCody guide and belongs to step 7, Setting up Visitors. It applies to organizations with locations in Denmark that have a parking agreement with APCOA. If that is not your organization, you can skip this step and continue with the rest of your Visitors setup.

When to include this in your implementation

If your visitors park in APCOA-operated parking areas, the APCOA Denmark parking integration lets a visitor register their license plate at the Check-in Kiosk, or through your reception, and automatically receive a parking permit valid until the end of the day. Setting it up during implementation means your reception starts on day one without a manual parking routine.

Plan this step after your receptions and Check-in Kiosks are created, as the parking areas are configured per location.

What you need

• Locations in Denmark with an active APCOA parking agreement. Your organization contracts and pays APCOA directly.
• The integration enabled for your organization by AskCody. Contact your Customer Success Manager or submit a support ticket to have it enabled.
• Your APCOA API key and the parking area code(s) for each location, both issued by APCOA.
