Get your project team ready for implementation by adding them as users to the AskCody Portal.
Now that you’ve signed up for the platform, we need to invite your project team to help you set up and configure the AskCody Platform. In Step 1 (Plan and prepare for the implementation), you've identified the stakeholders of your project team. Depending on their involvement and function in the process, we need to define which AskCody roles suit their needs and invite the stakeholders to the AskCody Portal. This allows them to log in, access relevant modules, and begin configuring the platform according to their responsibilities.

In this article, we’ll guide you through how to manually add users to the AskCody Platform.
Note: More advanced user synchronization options (like integration with Microsoft Entra ID/Active Directory) will be introduced later in the implementation process. For now, we recommend inviting users manually to get started.
Who should be invited at this stage?
Start by inviting the following key stakeholders:

Note: Make sure the roles and permissions you assign reflect what each user needs to do in the platform. If unsure, you can start with minimal access and update permissions later.
How to invite each member of your project team to the AskCody Platform
At this point, you will be adding the users (members) manually in the AskCody Portal, but later, an automatic synchronization of all users in your organization will be executed in step 4. Integrate with MS Exchange and Entra ID / AD Server.

Go to the AskCody Management Portal
Log in to app.onaskcody.com / app.goaskcody.com with your login credentials. -
Navigate to the Admin Center ⚙️
From the menu, go to Admin Center → Users → Users. -
Click the button “ADD”
This opens a form where you can enter the user’s details. -
Enter the required information:

Name of the user

Email address (this is the login email)

Assign one or more Roles that match their function in the implementation (Find all AskCody roles here)
- Leave the Password field empty, because the invited user will be asked to create one when logging in for the first time.

Save the user
The invited user will receive an email with instructions for logging in and creating a personal password.
Repeat the following process for each of your project team members.
