The AskCody AI Assistant is an AI-powered digital assistant integrated directly into the AskCody platform. Its primary purpose is to support, guide, and empower users throughout their journey with AskCody.
In short: AskCody’s Augmented Customer Success Assistant is not just support - it’s a built-in partner helping customers win with AskCody, every step of the way.
Is it perfect yet? No! It may be hallucinating or answer kind of guesswork-ish... But we're continuously training and improving it. And please remember: No Assistant or AI is being better than how it's being prompted (and trained).
So what is it, and what can it do?
The Assistant is more than just a place to ask questions. It helps you get started, adopt new features, and follow best practices so you can make the most of AskCody from the very beginning.
Since it’s trained on more than 800 articles, guides, and technical documents, it can give you clear, contextual answers right inside the platform. No need to wait for support or create a ticket — the Assistant is always there with instant help.
It’s also designed as a true CoPilot. Not a simple chatbot or FAQ search, but a tool that draws on AskCody’s product knowledge, proven best practices for meeting and workspace management, and support for multiple languages, so you can get guidance in the way that works best for you.
The Assistant is not perfect and may occasionally provide incomplete or inaccurate answers. We are continuously training and improving it to deliver better results over time.

How to access it
The Assistant is available inside the AskCody Portal, and in this Help Center. In both locations, you will find the assistant at the lower left corner of your screen:
After clicking on it, simply ask the assistant any AskCody-related question, in your language of preference.
