What information can I add to a visitor label printed from Check-in Kiosks?
Learn how to customize the visitor label in the Visitor Management Portal
A visitor label can be printed from the Check-in Kiosk and the Visitor Management Portal. It is printed from the Check-in Kiosk after the visitor has registered with a host or when the receptionist manually prints a label for a registered check-in or an expected visitor.
The following information can be included on a visitor label:
Required:
- Name of visitor
- Visitor company (if provided)
Optional:
- Name of host
- Date and time of check-in
- Visitor Group name
- Infotag (if created)
To set up what info should be included on the visitor label printed from the Check-in Kiosk go to the AskCody Admin Center from the left panel, go to Visitors and click Check-in Kiosk Templates from the dropdown menu, and click the Edit button.

To set up what info should be included on the visitor label printed from the Visitor Management Portal, go to the AskCody Admin Center from the left panel, Choose Visitors and click Receptions from the dropdown menu, and click the Edit button.

How to add your organization's logo to visitor labels
With AskCody, it is possible to customize the printed visitor label and add a logo to it. To do so, please submit a request to the AskCody support team, and send the following:
- The name of your organization
- The reception you'd like this logo to be available on
- The image file of the logo, with the following specifications:
- Format: PNG
- Size: 400x240 pixels
With this information, the support team will add the logo to your visitor labels.
Please note that the logo size in the printed label is fixed and cannot be changed.
