Learn how to customize the visitor label in the Visitor Management Portal
A visitor label can be printed from the Check-in Kiosk and the Visitor Management Portal. It is printed from the Check-in Kiosk after the visitor has registered with a host or when the receptionist manually prints a label for a registered check-in or an expected visitor.
The following information can be included on a visitor label:
Required:
- Name of visitor
- Visitor company (if provided)
Optional:
- Name of host
- Date and time of check-in
- Visitor Group name
- Infotag (if created)
