We are thrilled to announce the latest enhancements to scheduling and managing meetings in AskCody with Central and Maps. Let's dive in and explore what's new! 🗺️
First up, we have introduced a new navigation experience in the portal, providing direct access to Central and Maps. Central now serves as the start screen of AskCody, making it easier for you to access key features right from the login screen. 🖥️
Similarly, Maps has moved from being a sub-feature under Bookings to a standalone module available to more users. This new navigation experience is designed to save you time, maximize screen space, and create a more intuitive layout for accessing essential features. 🔄
But wait, there's more! We have also launched the "Schedule view" in Central, complementing the grid view and providing more information about workplace schedules at a glance. Meetings now load faster than ever, and a hover function allows for quick access to meeting details. 📅
In addition, our Microsoft Teams integration has been improved, making it easier to identify Teams meetings and ensure a seamless video conferencing experience. The bookings overview has been moved to "All bookings" in the Bookings module, offering a comprehensive list of meetings with added features like notes and Teams Meetings. 📝
And based on valuable feedback from our customers, we have added a print feature for All Bookings, making it a handy reference list for conference centers and hospitality managers. These updates not only enhance the user experience but also simplify the transition from other systems to AskCody. 🌐
