How to set up visitor label print for a Check-in Kiosk
Learn how to set up a Windows PC with visitor label print for the Visitor Management Check-in kiosk (Visitors).
To be able to print labels from the Visitors Check-in Kiosk, the following steps need to be completed:- A printer is connected to the Windows PC and is visible under Control Panel → Hardware and Sound → Devices and Printers
- The printer is configured to use the label size that has been physically inserted into the printer
- The following Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge print settings have been configured
- Go to the Chrome/Edge print settings by opening a new browser window, click the three dots at the top right corner and click print
- Select the connected label printer from step 1 as the default printer
- Set label size to match the size of the labels in the printer
- Set page layout to landscape
- Set the margins to minimum
- Uncheck the Header and Footer option
- The Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge shortcut has been configured according to this guide
- The Visitors Check-in Kiosk Template is set up with printer type as Chrome
