Note: This error code applies to integrations with both Microsoft Exchange Online (Microsoft Graph) and Microsoft Exchange Server (EWS). Where the solution below mentions EWS URLs, service accounts, or the ApplicationImpersonation role, that part applies to Exchange Server. If you see this error on the Microsoft Graph integration and the solution does not resolve it, please submit a support ticket.

Type: Temporary error (Please try again later. If multiple temporary errors occur, please contact support.)

Description: Exchange took too long to respond.

Possible solutions:

The request might have had to check too many calendars.

Exchange Server (EWS): “EwsMaxConcurrency” might be set too low compared to the number of requests.

Exchange Online (Microsoft Graph): no customer-side configuration is involved. If the error persists, submit a support ticket.
