ErrorNetworkError - how to fix it?

Note: This error code applies to integrations with both Microsoft Exchange Online (Microsoft Graph) and Microsoft Exchange Server (EWS). Where the solution below mentions EWS URLs, service accounts, or the ApplicationImpersonation role, that part applies to Exchange Server. If you see this error on the Microsoft Graph integration and the solution does not resolve it, submit a support ticket.

Code: ErrorNetworkError

Type: Configuration error (You are often able to resolve this type of error.)

Description: A network error occurred. The Exchange server could not be found, or the integration was actively refused.

Possible solution: Check that the EWS URL is specified correctly.

Alternatively, check that integration is not blocked by a firewall or another gateway.
