Note: This error code applies to integrations with both Microsoft Exchange Online (Microsoft Graph) and Microsoft Exchange Server (EWS). Where the solution below mentions EWS URLs, service accounts, or the ApplicationImpersonation role, that part applies to Exchange Server.
