Branding in AskCody
AskCody supports custom branding on your Check-in Kiosks, Meeting Room Displays, and Dashboards so they match your company's visual identity.
What you can customize
You can apply the following branding options across all three products:
- Custom background - replace the default background with your own image
- Custom logo - show your company logo on the kiosk, display, or dashboard
- Custom font color - change the text color to fit your brand
All branding changes are handled by the AskCody team. To request any of these, contact AskCody Support and include the relevant assets listed below.
What to send us
Depending on what you'd like to customize, include the following in your request:

| Custom logo | A PNG or JPEG file at 400 x 240 px |
| Custom background | An image matching the native resolution of the device where it will be displayed |
| Custom font color | The HEX code of the color you want (e.g. #00287A) |
If you are unsure about your device's native resolution, check the display's technical specifications or ask your IT team before submitting your request.
