Add a user in the AskCody Management Portal
Learn the basics of user management in the AskCody Management Portal
This guide is ideal for you if you are either at the early stage in the implementation where you have to add teammates or add all your users, or you just need to add a single user but can't remember how to do that!
This is a small guide:
- Log in to your AskCody Management Portal
US: Click here
EU/World: Click here
- Go to Admin Center in the upper left corner
- Choose Users, and Users again
- Click the button Add to add a new user
- Fill in the information about the new user and remember to give the user the right user roles and memberships. See everything you need to know about user roles and memberships here.
*If you have a lot of users to create in the AskCody Management Portal or a lot of maintenance of users in general, it might be a better solution for you to set up a user integration.
