Add a user in the AskCody Management Portal

You are either at the early stage in the implementation where you have to add teammates or add all your users, or you just need to add a single user but can't remember how to do that! 

This is a small guide: 

  • Log in to your AskCody Manager



  • Go to "Admin Center" in the upper left corner
  • Choose "Users", and "Users" again
  • Click the button "Add" to add a new user
  • Fill in the information about the new user and remember to give the user the right user roles and memberships. See everything you need to know about user roles and memberships here.

*If you have a lot of users to create in the AskCody Manager or a lot of maintenance of users in general, it might be a better solution for you to set up a user sync.
