      AD server integration error FATAL: Remote server exception during UpdateHosts request

      In some cases, the AD server integration service is not able to integrate users in AskCody due to an error like this one:

      FATAL: Remote server exception during UpdateHosts request: 
      The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. 
      System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: 
      (500) Internal Server Error. at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse() 
      at AskCody.ActiveDirectory.ForwardingService.Program.ProcessRequest
      (String type, Uri uri, Object data)

      How to solve it

      Please contact AskCody support and provide a copy of the service.log file located in the AADFS installation folder.
